L: How was your day?
M: Pretty good. I've made a few friends already.
L: Anybody I know?
M: Well, Pam Franklin lives next door to us. By the way, can I go to her house this Saturday?
L: Of course. You didn't have to ask me.
M: That's what Pam said.
L: Just don't stay out too late.

玛丽：丽莎，我回来了。
丽莎：今天过得怎样？
玛丽：很好。我已经交了几个朋友。
丽莎：有任何我认识的人吗？
玛丽：嗯，住我们家隔壁的潘‧法兰克林。哦，对了，这个礼拜六我可以去她家吗？
丽莎：当然可以。你不需要问我的。
玛丽：潘也是这么说。
