Regulating Internet Cafés

(TAIPEI, China Post) The Taipei city government is trying to pass a new package of regulations covering Internet cafés.
These booming businesses provide access to the Internet and video games.
The regulations hope to stem teenagers from neglecting their studies.
Those cafés not following the regulations may face fines ranging from NT$10,000 to NT$100,000.
