Water is a wonderful aid to weight loss. It helps fill you up during and between meals. And it reduces water retention. The more water you drink, the more water you flush out of your system. It helps clear out cellulite. Water also counteracts constipation.
Drink at least 6 to 8 glasses of water every day. Drink lots of water during your meals and head for the water faucet whenever cravings strike. Unless there’s a problem with your municipal water supply, ordinary tap water will do just fine.

喝水是减重非常好的方法。水可以帮你在用餐中和两餐之间填饱肚子和减少水份留置体内。水喝得愈多,身体就会排出愈多的水。喝水有助于清除堆积在皮下的块状脂肪。喝水也能消除便秘。
