Try Chinese food, high in such complex carbohydrates as rice and vegetables — and generally low in fat. Meat pizza isn’t too bad at about 275 calories per slice, though a 120-calories slice with mushrooms and peppers is a better bet.
Do yourself a favor by ordering just what you plan to eat that night. Take-out for two when there’s just one of you is a recipe for trouble.
