M = Manager  R = Renter
The renter has decided to take the apartment.
M: Okay, here's the lease. Read it over before you sign it. As you can see, the deposit is $300.
R: Oh, okay. I can get it back when I move out, right?
M: Yes, assuming there's been no damage to the apartment. Before you move in, you can make a list of any marks, scratches, and so forth that are already there.
R: All right. Here's the lease and the check for the deposit.
M: Great. You can move in next Monday. Your first month's rent is due then.
承租者已决定租下公寓。
经 理:好,房租契约在这里。在签字之前先把它看一遍。如您在上面所看到的,押金是三百元。
承租者:唔,好。但我在搬离时可以拿回来,是吗?
